This past Sunday the official anime site announced that Ai Kakuma (as Rossweisse), Minami Takahashi (as Kuroka) and Yūichi Nakamura (as Sairaorg Bael) joined the voice cast. The series will once again be directed by Tetsuya Yanagisawa with series composition by Takao Yoshioka at animation studio TNK. Junji Goto is again designing the characters and will also serve as chief animation director. Previous main cast members are all returning. The new season will debut on April 4.
The original light novel series with Miyama-Zero's art centers around Issei Hyōdō, a dim-witted, lecherous second-year high school student who is killed by a girl on his first date ever. Issei is reincarnated as a devil, and from that day forward, he serves as an underling of Riasu, a high-level devil who is also the prettiest girl on Issei's campus.
